Security first class. Receptionist friendly and informative. Room spotless and warm. Beds comfortable and again spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or using this hotel again if the need arises

The location was great for us to travel into central london for the night. The staff were friendly. We stayed in the family room, 4 adults which was great as we had the interconnecting room. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Clean hotel, felt safe close to tube station.
Small room for 3 people but not really an issue as only one night.

Most previous hotels I have booked by the computer have been very disappointing, Hotel Unique was honest and correct about its description, etc. I liked the covered outdoor restaurant.
The slight problem was trying to unlock the ground door entrance late in the evening.

Clean room, but the bed was two uncomfortable single beds pushed together.

The location in the heart of the city. Brand-new rooms, air conditioned and well-maintained. Their service was exceptional.

I really liked the simplicitty and cleanliness of the room. I was very comfortable and proximity to shops, transport and restaurants is great. The young reception staff were friendly and keen to help but a little lacking in area knowledge and procedures in some instances.

Conveniently located just steps from the tube station. Clean, modern rooms, albeit on the smaller side, provide a decent base for solo travelers looking to explore.
Noise is a major issue with trains from the Underground echoing through the night. The bar downstairs adds to the din, with club music going until late and clattering glass late into the early hours. The security measures feel excessive. While it's nice to feel safe, it can also was great, especially with your room number prominently displayed on your card. Room amenities are minimal for the price, with no desk area for business needs and charging for WiFi usage that feels a bit stingy.

Great location with friendly staff. My room was very clean and comfortable with organic teas!
Due to it's great location, it is near the railway line which meant that it was noisy on and off through the night.

Very near to the tube station and the National Express bus stop, hotel staff nice and very kind. The rumors of the trains made are baby very happy every time when the train passed, so it was not a problem at all, on the contrary.
No lifts, a dificulty for the families with babies.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was very central with Camden Town only four tube stops away (10 mins). Price was pretty reasonable as well.
The room was uncomfortably warm even though I turned the heating off. As large fans are provided I had it turned on all night, and that solved the problem.
